Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided: House Managers of South Florida provides home maintenance, property management, and custom woodworking services.

2. Payment and Deposits: A non-refundable diagnostic fee (Service Call) is required for all visits. Custom projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. Final payment is due immediately upon completion.

3. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Liability: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues arising from structural defects unknown at the time of service.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services and custom woodworking, all deposits for custom projects are non-refundable once materials have been purchased. Service call fees are non-refundable. For all other services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
