REFUND POLICY - HOUSE MANAGERS OF SOUTH FLORIDA
1. SERVICE CALLS AND DIAGNOSTIC FEES Payments for service calls, diagnostic visits, and emergency maintenance in the South Florida area are non-refundable. This fee covers the technician’s travel, time, and professional assessment of the property.
2. CUSTOM PROJECTS AND WOODWORKING Due to the custom nature of our woodworking and cabinet-making projects:
Deposits: The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has commenced.
Final Product: Once a custom project is completed and installed, no refunds will be issued.
3. CANCELLATIONS
Service Visits: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the service call fee will not be refunded or credited.
Rescheduling: We allow one (1) rescheduling of a service call at no extra cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
4. MATERIALS AND SPECIAL ORDERS Any materials or hardware specifically ordered for your project (e.g., specific lumber, hinges, or paint) are non-refundable once the order is placed with our suppliers.
